Passengers are required to arrange for Special Services at least 48 Hours in advance of the flight by calling the Jet Asia Call Center on +66 2119 3511 or  your Travel Agent.


Unaccompanied Minors

Children between 5-14 years of age traveling without an Adult guardian is considered an Unaccompanied Minor.

Jet Asia Airways offers Unaccompanied Minor service at no extra charges provided the passenger is traveling on a Full Economy Fare.

This service must be requested at least 48 hours before departure and the parent or guardian must complete a release form identifying another guardian who will pick up the minor at the destination airport.

Jet Asia Airways personnel will be responsible for escorting the child from Check-In through Customs & Immigration and will ensure the passenger is boarded at the appropriate time.

Upon disembarkation from the aircraft the Unaccompanied Minor will be transferred to Jet Asia Airways ground staff and assisted with Customs & Immigration clearance and released to the designated guardian at the destination airport. 

Wheel Chair Service 

Jet Asia Airways offers Wheel Chair service at no extra charge provided the passenger is traveling on a Full Economy Fare. 

Wheel Chair service must be requested at least 48 hours before departure. 

The Wheel Chair Service includes Check-in, through Customs & Immigration, Embarkation & Disembarkation from the aircraft, through Customs & Immigration clearance at the destination airport to the public area in the terminal.

Meet & Assist Passengers

Jet Asia Airways offers Meet & Assist services to Passengers with special needs at no extra charge provided the passenger is traveling on a Full Economy Fare. Special needs passengers include: the Elderly, Passengers with visual or hearing disabilities, and Passengers with physical disabilities. 

Meet & Assist service must be requested at least 48 hours before departure via  the Jet Asia Call Center or when making a booking online

Jet Asia Airways personnel will escort the passenger from Check-In through Customs & Immigration and ensure the aircraft is boarded at the appropriate time.

Upon disembarkation from the aircraft, the Meet & Assist Passenger will be transferred to Jet Asia Airways ground staff and assisted with Customs & Immigration clearance and escorted to the public area in the terminal at the destination airport.
